Weather-driven demand rollercoaster continues; warmer East benefits this week

This spring’s highly variable weather pattern continues this week, with warmer temperatures in the East providing opportunities, while cooler conditions compared to last year slow sales in some western markets. Rain and storms across the central U.S. will dampen demand at times.
