Planalytics is seeking a sales professional. The ideal candidate will expand our market penetration with businesses that are weather impacted. We are looking for experienced candidates that are comfortable educating executives and decision makers on Planalytics product offerings with the goal of developing leads into sales.
- Manage your business inside Planalytics focus on the sales process from qualified lead to close
- Develop an integrated sale & marketing approach to increase the pipeline of qualified leads to increase volume and speed of deals
- Share the learnings from the market back to management
- Occasionally visit prospective and existing clients to position and sell the company’s products and services
- Coordinate and prepare business proposals, as well as deliver effective sales presentations
- Work in a team environment with coaching and mentoring available to facilitate development of your career
- 3-5 years of demonstrated success selling contracts in business intelligence software
- Proven new business development skills
- An excellent track record of presenting, negotiating, and closing business
- Enthusiasm, confidence, “Hunter” attitude, business solution/ROI sales approach, and strong professional presence
- Experience or Knowledge in Retail, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Agriculture or Energy industry
- An ability to travel nationally
