The earlier we can assess a potential markdown can potentially save the business
a significant amount of money. For example, if we have favorable weather, we may
go and say 20% off rather than 30% off the previous year. That saved us quite a

our highly seasonal business, we utilize weather-triggered radio. Planalytics
provides us data to which our marketing department selects DMAs to put radio ads
in the correct markets. We are able to maximize our marketing spend by putting
information in our consumer’s hand in those specific markets. |  |
